Kunzea Oil pairs steam-distilled Kunzea ambigua with jojoba, so it's diluted to a strength you can use straight from the bottle — no guessing, no mixing.

Kunzea ambigua is a scrubby white-flowered shrub that grows wild along Tasmania's northeast coast, and the oil has only been distilled commercially since the 1990s. It's high in alpha-pinene and 1,8-cineole, and it smells like eucalypt and honey rather than the medicinal punch of tea tree. Undiluted essential oils are too strong for most skin, so we don't sell it that way. Jojoba is the carrier because it's a wax rather than a true oil, so it keeps for years instead of months.

WHAT IT'S LIKE
Clear and light, with a fresh, resinous, faintly honeyed smell.
